What You Need
1/2 cup
butter or margarine, divided
4 pkg.
(8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
4 squares
BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
HEAT oven to 325°F.
LINE 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends
extending over sides. Finely crush 24 cookies. Melt 1/4 cup butter;
mix with crumbs. Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
BEAT cream cheese and sugar with mixer until
blended. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time,
beating after each just until blended. Chop remaining cookies. Gently
stir into batter; pour over crust.
BAKE 45 min. or until center is almost set.
Cool. Meanwhile, microwave chocolate and remaining butter in
microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.; stir until smooth. Cool slightly;
spread over top of cheesecake. Refrigerate 4 hours. Use foil handles to
lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve.

Ingredients:
1 10oz. (1½ cups) package of Nestle® Dark Chocolate & Mint Morsels
½ cup coarsely chopped oven roasted or toasted almonds
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pour morsels onto a foil or parchment-lined baking sheet
(roughly 9x11-inch rectangle in size). Arrange the morsels so that they
are in a single layer but touching each other. We used a 10x15-inch
glass pan which we had on hand.

- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
- 8 ounces cooked, diced ham
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of potato soup ( No MSG Soup )

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF
PHILADELPHIA
- 8 Crackers,
crushed (about 1/3 cup) -
2 green onions,
chopped - 1 egg

2 Tbsp. milk
HEAT oven to 400°F.
MIX ingredients until
well blended; shape into meatballs. Place in pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Dough:
- 1 1/2 C hot water
- 2 tbl sugar
- 1 tbl salt
- 2 tbl butter, softened
- 4-5 C flour
- 1 tbl yeast
Topping:
-3 tbl butter melted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
For the dough, pour the water into a stand mixer with the sugar and
yeast.
Add salt, butter, and 2 cups of flour. Mix the dough on low.

 INGREDIENTS: - 3 cups sugar - 3/4 cup butter or margarine (or 1-1/2 sticks) - 1 small can (5 oz) evaporated milk (2/3 cup) - 1-1/2 pkg. (12 squares) semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped - 1 jar (7 oz) jet puffed marshmallow creme - 1 cup chopped walnuts - 1 Tsp vanilla

Ingredients:
- 1 lb large strawberries
- 8 oz. cream cheese - softened
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- graham cracker crumbs
Directions:
Prep strawberries by rinsing & cutting around the top.
Remove the top and clean out with a paring knife.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag or ziploc with the corner snipped off.
Fill strawberries with cheesecake mixture.

Beer Pizza Crust
- 3 cups unbleached flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 ounce can beer
- olive oil
Directions:
Pour in the beer and mix well, the dough will be sticky.
Spread a
handful of flour on your work surface and dump the dough onto it.
Toss
the dough around to coat it with flour and prevent it from sticking.
Knead it 2 or 3 times to make it pliable.
