Hamburger Sub

Ingredients:

- 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese with a
TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA

- 8
Crackers, crushed (about 1/3 cup)

- 2 green onions, chopped

- 1 egg

- 2 Tbsp. milk

HEAT oven to 400°F.

MIX ingredients until well blended; shape into meatballs.
Place in pan sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 17 to 20 min. or until meatballs are done.

FILL buns with meatballs, lettuce, tomato & condiments.

Golden Bread Sticks

Dough:

- 1 1/2 C hot water
- 2 tbl sugar
- 1 tbl salt
- 2 tbl butter, softened
- 4-5 C flour
- 1 tbl yeast


Topping:

-3 tbl butter melted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder



For the dough, pour the water into a stand mixer with the sugar and yeast.
Add salt, butter, and 2 cups of flour. Mix the dough on low.
Add the rest of the flour a half cup at a time, until dough scrapes the sides of the bowl clean.

Holiday Fudge

INGREDIENTS:

- 3 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine (or 1-1/2 sticks)
- 1 small can (5 oz) evaporated milk (2/3 cup)
- 1-1/2 pkg. (12 squares) semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped
- 1 jar (7 oz) jet puffed marshmallow creme
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 Tsp vanilla

DIRECTIONS:

Heat sugar, butter and evaporated milk to full rolling boil in 3 quart
heavy saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly.

Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Ingredients:

- 1 lb large strawberries
- 8 oz. cream cheese - softened
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- graham cracker crumbs


Directions:

Prep strawberries by
rinsing & cutting around the top.
Remove the top and clean out with a paring knife.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag or ziploc with the corner snipped off.

BBQ Beer Pizza

Beer Pizza Crust

- 3 cups unbleached flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 ounce can beer
- olive oil

Directions:

Pour in the beer and mix well, the dough will be sticky.
Spread a handful of flour on your work surface and dump the dough onto it.
Toss the dough around to coat it with flour and prevent it from sticking.

Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups Bisquick
4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 16 ounces canned pumpkin
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice

Baked Zucchini Sticks

Preheat oven to 425
Cut 3 medium zucchinis into 3" sticks.
Place sticks into a colander and let drain for 1 hour to shed excess liquid.
After an hour rinse thoroughly & pat dry.

Mix Until Thoroughly Combined:

1 cup of bread crumbs

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning

Beat 2 large eggs in a bowl & dip one stick at a time.

Pork Shoulder ("pork Butt") - 5 To 7 Pounds
Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Candy Apples

Ingredients:
  • 15 red apples
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • food coloring (optional)
  • nuts or sprinkles (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Using craft sticks, pierce the whole apples. Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
  2. Over medium-high heat, mix together the sugar, water, and syrup. Using a candy thermometer, heat mixture to 300 to 310 F (149 to 154 C). Remove saucepan from heat and add in 8 drops of red food coloring.
